7.2 Analysis of user behavior by Mittwald

Mittwald provides us with web analysis services via the tools Webalizer and AWStats, which collect and evaluate data on the behavior of website visitors. Among other things, they record which website a data subject came to a website from (so-called referrer), which sub-pages of the website were accessed or how often and for how long a sub-page was viewed. The purpose of the use is to evaluate the use of websites to improve the offer and service. The evaluation can be used to find out how the respective website is used and to optimize the website. The user data collected in this way for analysis purposes is anonymized by technical precautions. It is therefore no longer possible to assign the data to the calling user. The data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
